Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns and exchanges if the piece is damaged upon delivery. In order to qualify for complete refund, we require proof of the damage on the same day of delivery. If you need to return a damaged piece, please send it back to us in its original state along with the invoice. We take the quality of our pieces seriously and we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase so it’s important to let us know right away. We have time limit for reporting any issues, and it should be done at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, if its reported after 24 hours, there’s nothing we can do about it.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
