What kind of jewelry do you sell?
We sell a variety of jewelry including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and more that are crafted with care using variety of materials, including gold plated sterling silver, stainless steel, zircon, and even waterproof components.
Do you offer custom jewelry designs?
While we don‘t currently offer custom jewelry designs but we’re always looking to expand our services.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes our jewelry is water-proof and non tarnish. You can wear them worry-free!
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns and exchanges if the piece is damaged upon delivery. In order to qualify for complete refund, we require proof of the damage on the same day of delivery. If you need to return a damaged piece, please send it back to us in its original state along with the invoice. We take the quality of our pieces seriously and we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase so it’s important to let us know right away. We have time limit for reporting any issues, and it should be done at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, if its reported after 24 hours, there’s nothing we can do about it.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Policy
Right now, we’re only shipping within Kuwait. But the good news is we’re super excited about expanding our shipping options in the future. As for shipping time, it typically takes between 2 to 5 days for your order to arrive to you. We‘ll make sure to get it to you as quickly as possible.
